Your Programme Facilitator
Melanie Moorcroft is the founder of Small Changes Big Impact and an experienced leadership development facilitator, executive coach, and change leadership practitioner.
For more than 25 years, Melanie has worked with leaders, managers, professionals, and teams across business, education, health, justice, academic, and public-sector environments. Her work focuses on helping leaders strengthen their leadership effectiveness, build more capable teams, and lead change in ways that create sustainable business and people outcomes.
As Associate Director of Organisational Development at the University of Auckland, Melanie was responsible for the design and delivery of nine leadership programmes for academic and professional staff. Her role also included coaching, staff engagement, culture development, 360-degree assessments, leadership framework design, and oversight of an annual capability development programme involving approximately 200 workshops each year.
Alongside her own coaching and consulting practice, Melanie has facilitated leadership and change programmes across New Zealand and Australia, including Prosci-certified change management programmes for executives, managers, and change practitioners. Her experience with Human Synergistics assessments, leadership frameworks, and practical change methodologies enables her to bring an evidence-based, human, and highly pragmatic approach to her work.
Melanie created the Leaders Creating Impact programme to support SME leaders who want to grow their business without losing themselves in the process. The programme brings together her deep experience in leadership development, change, culture, coaching, and organisational performance to help leaders lead effectively, develop their people, and live more fully.
