TESTIMONIALS
Mary Ann Crick
"I was a colleague of Mel for almost 10 years at The University of Auckland. Together we worked on leadership programme development and delivery for both academic and professional staff. Mel brought a wealth of expertise to both the design and facilitation of the programmes. Her ability to accurately assess the sector and apply her extensive knowledge and experience in leadership and organisational development was truly valued and consequently this was substantiated in the positive evaluations she received. Her generous spirit, her love of learning (both for herself and others) and her coaching approach created a culture where people could reflect, critique, change if needed and consequently thrive."
