Seven Steps to Enhance Your Leadership Effectiveness
Step 1 - Coaching Introduction – Free (30 minutes)
- Your coach will get an understanding of your current situation and thoughts on your future work-life objectives.
- Explore whether this coaching program is the best fit for you.
Step 2 – Complete the online Life-Style Inventory™ (LSI 1 & 2) 30-40 minutes
Completing the online LSI 1 & 2 assessments using the confidential Human Synergistics portal. These measure 12 specific styles or patterns of your thinking, and your behaviors as perceived by others.
Step 3 – Coaching Session #1: AWARENESS (60 minutes)
You receive your LSI 1 & 2 reports and digital ‘Development Guide.’ An accredited coach explains your results and helps you interpret them. You determine your ‘WHY’ for any personal and leadership changes with a 2-year focus.
Step 4 - Coaching Session #2: ACCEPTANCE (60 minutes)
You will review your LSI 1 & 2 reports in more detail by looking at what styles work for you (confirmed and unrecognized strengths). You will also look at the styles working against your leadership effectiveness (stumbling blocks and blind spots).
Step 5 - Coaching Session #3: ACTION (60 minutes)
You will draft your Leadership Development Plan, identifying what you will focus on during the next 6-12 months that will make a difference to your performance. This will be linked to your 2-year personal and leadership objectives.
Step 6 - Coaching Session #4: ACTION (60 minutes)
You will review your progress with the coach and decide on actions to prioritize for the following month.
Step 7 – Coaching Session #5: Progress check-in (30 minutes)
We will check in and celebrate your progress and wins. Determine a date to re-assess your LSI 1 & 1 to see the difference in your thinking, behaviors, and how others perceive you.
